Witney’s Mill Walk Apartments Open Day

The stunning new Mill Walk apartments in the centre of Witney will officially open to the public on 24 November, 7am to 4pm. The day will be the first opportunity for prospective buyers to drop by and see inside two of the luxury apartments.

Seven of the 20 Mill Walk apartments, built by Witney-based developers Builders Ede, have already been sold off-plan. Due for completion in early 2008, the new apartments offer stylish living within the popular Oxfordshire market town. One bedroom apartments start at £149,950 and two bedroom apartments are priced from £179,950.

Claire Johnson, Sales Manager at Builders Ede, said: “The Mill Walk apartments will be popular with individuals and couples looking for luxury living in the town centre. The location is excellent with supermarkets, restaurants and leisure facilities just a short walk away.”

Built in traditional Cotswold stone, each apartment includes integrated Bosch and Stainless Steel appliances in the kitchen, energy efficient under floor heating and a parking space. They are also wired for TV, SKY, and VHF.

Mill Walk is the final phase of the Glovers Walk development on the historical site of a former F.W. Lookers Glove Factory which ceased trading in 1970 but continued to sell sewing machines up until the late 1990s.
