Introduction - Witney Location

Witney is an expanding Cotswold Market Town, some 12 miles to the west of Oxford. It is adjacent to the A40 Oxford to Cheltneham Trunk Road.

It is identified in the Oxfordshire Local Plan as on of the four principal growth towns within the Oxfordshire region, making it an ideal business location. Witney retailling will be significantly strengthened by the forthcoming development at Marriotts Close, where 100,000 sq. ft. of new shops, restaurants, and cinema are planned, providing an additional multi storey car park with 656 spaces and a further 188 residential units.



Mill Walk Development

Mill Walk is located adjacent to the main free public car parks (850 spaces) serving the Woolgate Centre and the High Street. It is situated mid-way between the Woolgate Centre and the new Marriotts Close Retail Centre, which is planned ot be open for trading by December 2008.
